Before a Village

Forms
You will need to complete or be familiar with these forms before a Village:
- Travel Information Form
- Health Form
- Adult Legal Form
- Child Travelling Alone Legal Form (for JCs aged 17 and under on the day of departure for the programme)
- Child Travelling with Leader Legal Form (for child participants age 15 and under travelling with an adult leader)
- Individual Participant Information Form (for participants or JCs traveling alone)
As a delegation leader, you or your NA will need to complete these forms before a Village:

All Forms are now filled in on myCISV.
Register on myCISV and let your Chapter know so they can assign you to the programme (see myCISV help notes for guidance).

Participants
- Must turn 11 years old on, or in the 12 months prior to, 31st August (for March-April and June-August programmes) or 31st December (for December-January programmes).
Junior Counsellors
- Must be 16 or 17 years old a minimum of two weeks prior to the day of departure for the programme and on the last day of the programme.
Leaders
- Must be at least 21 years old on the day of departure for the programme.
Staff
- Must be at least 21 years old on the first day of the programme.
- At least one Staff (but preferably two or more Staff) must be at least 25 years old on the first day of the programme.
Junior Staff
- One Junior Staff can be 18 years old on the first day of the programme.
- If there is a second Junior Staff, they must be at least 19 years old on the first day of the programme.
Kitchen Staff
- Must be a minimum of 15 years old on the first day of the programme.
- There must be one member of Kitchen Staff over 18 years old present whenever the kitchen is in use.
