Resources & Infrastructure Committee Members

We are looking for two people to join the Resources and Infrastructure Committee. At least one of those people must have a background in finance and financial management. As the Committee deals with three main areas - Finance, IT and Human Resources - we welcome applications from people with professional experience in one or more of those areas.

Training and Quality Assurance Committee Training Expert

We are looking for a well-organized and proactive person to act as Training Expert in the Training and Quality Assurance Committee. This is a responsible post, which requires commitment, team leadership and good communications skills, along with highly developed understanding of training matters at an organizational and strategic level. The training expert is required to have professional experience in training programme management, and/or online and blended learning and/or training events management. Having helped organize CISV trainings in a role such as National Trainer or National Training Committee Chair would be an advantage. The training expert's focus will be on helping shape CISV’s policy and strategy for training overall. Over the coming years, CISV wants to make sure that all of our training delivery routes - local, national, regional, and online - complement each other and are developed in accordance with CISV’s evolving training needs. This includes continued development of training materials, the underlying competencies framework, and support of the further development of CISV’s trainer training system. Asia-Pacific Regional Delivery Teams

Educational Programmes Regional Delivery Team Members (Asia-Pacific)

The Asia-Pacific Educational Programmes Regional Delivery Team is looking for reliable and experienced CISVers, who would like to work in a virtual team in day-to-day programme support and training. Specifically, we are looking for someone with extensive Interchange, Step Up and Seminar Camp experience to support these programmes in the region and to provide related training.

We also require a valid TTT-certification as well as experience in delivering trainings, as the role involves delivering Interchange, Step Up and Seminar Camp trainings at Regional Training Forums (RTFs) and - upon request – in NAs.

Training and Quality Assurance Regional Delivery Team Member (EMEA Region)

We are looking for one new team member to manage Regional Training Forums in the EMEA Region. The specific responsibilities this team member will take on and the competencies required are explained in the Role Profile; the general context of the role in the Regional Delivery Team is explained in the Terms of Reference. Note that we are currently in a transition phase which means that the relevant official documents are under review and will change in the near future. However, the task of the RTF Coordinator, as described in the Role profile, will be unaffected by these changes.

Educational Programmes Regional Delivery Team Member (EMEA)

We are looking for reliable and experienced CISVers, who would like to work in a virtual team with day-to-day programme support and training. Specifically, we are looking for someone with extensive Mosaic and/or Seminar Camp experience to support these programmes in the region. Applicants must also have valid TTT-certification, and preferably have previous experience of delivering programme training in their National Associations. In the case of Seminar Camp, applicants need to have at least one previous staff experience in the programme. Preference will be given to applicants who are able to provide more than one type of programme training. Successful applicants will be expected to provide ongoing programme support, to be available for training, and to cooperate and engage with the team. This post is open only to people living in the EMEA Region.

Training and Quality Assurance Regional Delivery Team Members (EMEA Region)

We are looking for a new team member to contribute to ongoing work in the Regional Delivery Team, to support all aspects of CISV training in the EMEA and potentially to deliver TTT and Essentials of Peace Education training. Applicants must have valid TTT certification. Specifically, we are looking for a person with:

    1. Extensive experience as a trainer to support the TTT recertification process and to provide TTT training. And/or...
    2. Extensive CISV experience to support local and national trainers in the region and to provide Essentials of Peace Education training.
