Chapter Development Committee Member

The Chapter Development Committee is seeking committed, focused, performance-driven individuals to join us. Successful candidates will:

    1. have hands-on experience working in a local Chapter
    2. have an understanding of CISV International's structure and the way work is delivered across the Regional Delivery Teams
    3. have experience and an in-depth understanding of Chapter Development issues, ideally in a lead role at NA/Chapter level, including Junior Branch
    4. have experience in delivering local or national educational experiences and/or planning International programme participation
    5. have experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures, and/or strategic plans, either within CISV or with external organizations
    6. be able to commit to monthly Committee and working group meetings as well as have a passion for the development and growth of CISV International
    The work of the Committee is varied and will require skills in all areas to achieve our goal of development and growth across CISV. However, we are particularly interested in people with skills in marketing/communication, planning for sustainable growth, and/or local and national CISV programme experience.
