Resources & Infrastructure Working Group

The Resources & Infrastructure Committee is leading a strategic project to review the fee structure of CISV International. This working group will assess all international fees, taking into account various sets of information.

The Resources & Infrastructure Committee is calling for applications from people with the requisite knowledge and experience to make a positive contribution to the study.

Resources & Infrastructure Committee Members

We are looking for two people to join the Resources and Infrastructure Committee. At least one of those people must have a background in finance and financial management. As the Committee deals with three main areas - Finance, IT and Human Resources - we welcome applications from people with professional experience in one or more of those areas.

2021 Global Conference Content Lead

The 2021 CISV Global Conference Team is recruiting for a Content Lead. This person will oversee the development and planning of the conference agenda. They will be responsible for selecting sessions and speakers for the event, and will review proposed presentation content to ensure that all sessions are of a high quality and in line with the theme of the conference.

    Americas Regional Delivery Teams

    Training and Quality Assurance Regional Delivery Team Member (Americas)

    We are looking for one new team member to manage Regional Training Forums in the Americas. The specific responsibilities this team member will take on and the competencies required are explained in the Role Profile; the general context of the role in the Regional Delivery Team is explained in the Terms of Reference. Note that we are currently in a transition phase which means that the relevant official documents are under review and will change in the near future. However, the task of the RTF Coordinator, as described in the Role profile, will be unaffected by these changes.

    Educational Programmes Regional Delivery Team Members (Americas)

    We are looking for new team members who are willing to deliver programme training for Interchange, Mosaic, Seminar Camp, Step Up and Youth Meeting. Applicants must have valid TTT-certification, and preferably have previous experience of delivering programme training in their National Associations. Note that Seminar Camp Trainers must be knowledgeable about Seminar Camp staffing either through staffing experience and/or extensive staff training.

    Preference will be given to applicants who are able to provide more than one type of programme training. Successful applicants will also be expected to provide ongoing programme support.

    Training and Quality Assurance Regional Delivery Team Members (EMEA Region)

    We are looking for a new team member to contribute to ongoing work in the Regional Delivery Team, to support all aspects of CISV training in the EMEA and potentially to deliver TTT and Essentials of Peace Education training. Applicants must have valid TTT certification. Specifically, we are looking for a person with:

      1. Extensive experience as a trainer to support the TTT recertification process and to provide TTT training. And/or...
      2. Extensive CISV experience to support local and national trainers in the region and to provide Essentials of Peace Education training.

    Risk Management Regional Delivery Team (EMEA Region)

    We would like to recruit new Risk Management Trainers to the Team. Applicants must be resident in the region and have:

      1. TTT-certification
      2. participated in Risk Management Training and have experience in Risk Management
      3. the time for and be willing to deliver trainings at Regional Training Forums and within National Association
      4. the willingness to assist the team in other work, such as re-certification of and advice to Risk Managers and incident management.
