We are looking for an HR Specialist to join the Resources and Infrastructure Committee, to advise and inform the work of the Committee bringing to bear HR expertise and perspective.

Resources & Infrastructure Fee Structure Working Group

The Resources & Infrastructure Committee is leading a strategic project to review the fee structure of CISV International. This working group assesses all international fees, taking into account various sets of information.

The Resources & Infrastructure Committee is calling for applications from people with the requisite knowledge and experience to make a positive contribution. We are looking specifically for someone who has experience in developing effective pricing policies.

People Strategy Working Group Members

We are inviting applications from strategic HR specialists for 2-3 positions in the CISV International People Strategy Working Group. Please indicate if you are interested in and have relevant skill for taking a leadership role in coordinating this Group.

The purpose of the role is to assist the Resources & Infrastructure Committee and the Secretary General in developing a ‘people strategy’ for CISV International, to build our levels of professional resources, considering organizational structure, roles required, potential locations and likely costs; as well as encouraging a change of organizational culture, without changing our essential volunteer nature.
