Before a Youth Meeting
You will need to complete or be familiar with these forms before a Youth Meeting:Forms

During a Youth Meeting
If your site doesn’t have internet facilities, remember to download a copy of these documents before the programme starts. You will need to complete or be familiar with these documents during the programme:

- Programme Directors Planning and Evaluation Form (PDPEF) Package (completed both during and after)
- Incident Report Form
- Sending Someone Home Procedure
- As of the 2016 programme year, all participants (including staff and leaders) in international programmes are covered by the CISV Travel Insurance. You can find all the information you need and related links at this page: CISV Travel Insurance

Youth Meeting Age Requirements
Staff
- Must be the proper age on the first day of the programme.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- At least one staff member (but preferably two staff members) must be at least 25 years old.
Junior Staff
- Must be the proper age on the first day of the programme.
- Up to one Junior Staff can be 18 years old, and a second Junior staff must be at least 19 years old; or two Junior Staff must be at least 19 years old.
Leaders
- Must be the proper age on the day of departure for the programme.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
Participants
- Must turn the proper age for the programme at any time during that programme year.
- Must be 12 or 13 years old.
