Staff, Leaders and Participants must all be the proper age for each programme.
Interchange Age Requirements
Leaders
- Must be the proper age on the day of departure for the programme.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
Junior Leaders
- Must be the proper age on the day of departure for the programme.
- Must be at least 18 years old and it is recommended that there be at least four years between the participant age and the age of the junior leader.
Participants
- Must turn the proper age for the programme at any time during that programme year.
- Must be 14 or 15 years old.
