Esti has more than 25 years corporate working experience in the areas of Human Resources Management, People Development and Marketing & Communications.
Her passion in People Development has driven her to become a certified coach and professional trainer concentrating on Leadership skills with Emotional Intelligence approach. She believes that human skills are the key elements and main predictors of each person’s success in personal and professional life.
Esti’s passion to equip and inspire young leaders encompasses the non-profit volunteer-based global organization at CISV International. She started CISV as a parent and had the opportunity to serve as a Chapter and National President & National Representative of CISV Indonesia. She continued her volunteer journey in CISV International as a Regional Coordinator of Chapter Development in Asia Pacific, International Organizational Development Committee Member and a Trustee of the Governing Board. She is now temporarily working as a staff at the International Office with her main responsibilities to support the regions and as a chair of the Organizational Development Committee and Verification Committee.
She holds an MBA Degree majoring in Human Resources from the University of Dallas, USA and is a proud mother of three children.
