Youth Meeting International Trainer – Asia Pacific

To ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality training across the region by qualified, certified, and experienced trainers. This includes supporting effective training design and delivery, promoting peace education, ensuring quality content and evaluation, and organising and facilitating regional training forums and other training initiatives to address regional needs, strengthen trainers’ competencies, enhance the quality of training delivery, and foster collaboration and the sharing of best practices across the region.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver YM Training at the Regional Training Forum
• Deliver YM Custom Training as requested by Members
• Evaluate the quality of the training, what have been achieved by the participants and what need to be improved in terms of the materials and the training curriculum.
• Evaluate the performance of the other YM trainer (if applicable)

What we’re looking for:

• Have experienced in Youth Meeting programme, either as a Leader, Staff and/or participant
• Currently active in the chapter or NA’s International Programme’s activities
• Have experienced as a trainer in CISV or outside CISV
• Have the availability to go to the Regional Training Forum
