Finance Administrator

The Finance Administrator plays a key role in supporting the financial integrity and smooth day-to-day operations of CISV International. Working closely with the Finance & Administration Lead and wider team, the role helps ensure strong financial processes, effective administration, and reliable support to staff and volunteers across our global federation.

What you’ll do:

• Maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and payments, and supporting bookkeeping and reconciliations
• Assisting with financial reporting, audits, and compliance with organisational policies
• Providing day-to-day administrative support to staff and volunteers, helping ensure smooth virtual operations across teams

What we’re looking for:

• Strong administration and bookkeeping skills, with excellent attention to detail
• A proactive, reliable team player who can work independently in a remote, multicultural environment
• Clear and confident communication skills in English, with a service-oriented and collaborative approach
