Fee Structure Review Working Group 2026

Reviewing our fee structure (covering both international and host fees) is essencial to ensure CISV International and Members long-term financial sustainability.

What you’ll do:

• benchmarking with other organizations
• understand international costs and hosting costs
• financial modelling to understand the key variables
• propose an fee model that provides the required stability to the organization

What we’re looking for:

• An understanding of budget processes and financial routines. Practical business sense and experience in financial modelling
• Ability to be creative and provide innovative solutions collectively within the group, though not required of all members: Knowledge of franchise or membership-based models, knowledge of the current CISV International fee structure and of both CISV International and NAs financial challenges
