Ryan is an administrative and operations professional with experience in both the non-profit and business consulting spaces. Previously, she has supported teams with project coordination, communications, and organizational change management. Ryan grew up just outside of Washington D.C. and is now based in Gothenburg, Sweden.
As a Digital Executive Administrator, Ryan is responsible for supporting the Senior Management Team and leadership with digitizing manual workflows, identifying areas for automation and streamlining, and providing administrative support across the Communications team.
As a lifelong CISVer herself, Ryan was immediately drawn to the opportunity to give back to the organization in this way while furthering her own personal and professional development. She credits CISV with directly shaping the course of her life and for fostering a global-first mindset with a deep desire for a more just and peaceful world.
Outside of work, one can find Ryan playing the viola in an amateur orchestra, rock climbing, spending time with friends, or reading.
