IT Support Team Member

This role supports volunteers across CISV by helping them confidently use digital tools that enable communication, learning, and collaboration worldwide.

What you’ll do:

• Providing friendly, user-level support to volunteers using platforms like Moodle and other CISV digital tools.
• Helping volunteers access systems, manage accounts, and navigate tools using clear guidance and existing documentation.
• Supporting onboarding and offboarding by ensuring the right access and permissions are in place

What we’re looking for:

• Practical, hands-on knowledge of the Moodle learning platform, including user access, navigation, and basic troubleshooting.
• A patient, service-oriented communicator who enjoys supporting volunteers with different levels of digital confidence.
• Organised and reliable, with the ability to follow processes and escalate issues when needed.
