Do you need additional training for your volunteers?

A Custom Training might be just what you’re looking for!

While the Regional Training Forum (RTF) remains our primary training event across all regions, we understand that it may not always fit everyone’s needs. That’s why we’re offering an alternative—Custom Training—for our Members outside of the RTF.

There are a few reasons why you might consider requesting a Custom Training. Perhaps the RTF has limited seats or doesn’t cover the specific topics you need. Or maybe budget constraints make it difficult to send a large group. Some Members may also have specific needs, like hosting for the first time, preparing Seminar Camp staff, or developing new Board members, Leaders and JBers.

Custom Training covers official CISV International training modules, including all Programmes, Mosaic, TTT (Training of Trainers), Risk Management, Essentials of Peace Education, and Chapter Development. These sessions are typically led by International or Regional Trainers. For Seminar Camp Staff Training, though, a qualified National Trainer from the hosting country can run the session.

Requesting a Custom Training is easy. Just consult with your Member Support Coordinator, fill out the request form, and the Regional Manager will review it. Once approved, the Event Logistic Supporter will collaborate with the Hosting Association to organise the logistics.

We hope that this new training option will help improve the quality of our Programmes, Leaders, Staff, JBs, and Board members, making our organisation healthier and stronger.
