Relationship Managers

We’re recruiting Relationship Managers—not necessarily fundraising experts, but CISVers who know people and love connecting dots—to strengthen our major-gifts pipeline. You’ll help maintain and research our prospect list, build tailored visit strategies, and run our fundraising knowledge bases. If you enjoy relationships, light research, and organizing information, this role is for you.

What you’ll do:

• Maintain and research the prospect list; prioritize and keep data current (pipeline hygiene).
• Build and support tailored visit strategies; prep briefs, join/coordinate donor meetings, and follow up.
• Develop and run our fundraising knowledge bases: templates, talking points, case studies, and insights sharing across regions

What we’re looking for:

• People-connector mindset: comfortable with outreach and professional conversations; CISV familiarity helps.
• Strengths in research and organization (prospecting, notes, simple CRM hygiene); project management a plus.
• Experience you can bring or grow: fundraising, sales/PR, or communications; multilingual and cross‑regional collaboration are bonuses.
