Programme Advisors are responsible for providing support to CISV International Programmes in their area of experience with specific programmes and through engaging with the Education & Research Committee on the development of resources and trainings. We are specifically looking for individuals with experience in Youth Meetings and Step Ups.
What you’ll do:
- Provide support to CISV Programmes (Youth Meeting or Step Up), advising on educational activities, logistics and camp dynamics leading up to and during camps
- Provide feedback to the Education and Research Committee on challenges and improvements required for programmes
- Support with the development of guides and resources for the programme
What we’re looking for:
- Extensive experience in delivering, supporting and/or overseeing the relevant programme
- Good understanding of CISV policies and procedures
- Ability to identify or respond to challenges by facilitating solutions
