Become an Essentials of Peace Education Trainer in EMEA
Do you believe in peace education as the heart of CISV’s mission? We are recruiting Essentials of Peace Education Trainers for our EMEA Regional Training Team!
What you’ll do:
- Deliver CISV’s Essentials of Peace Education Training Curriculum, introducing our educational principles, experiential learning, and the four peace education content areas: Human Rights, Diversity, Conflict & Resolution, and Sustainable Development
- Support volunteers in applying peace education in Chapter life, activities, and programmes.
- Help trainees connect CISV’s mission to practice, ensuring that peace education is central to all we do.
What we’re looking for:
- At least 3 years’ CISV volunteer experience, ideally with education/programme involvement
- Training background and willingness to complete CISV’s Train the Trainer (TTT) process.
- Ability to create safe, inclusive learning spaces and facilitate meaningful dialogue.
- Passion for empowering CISV members to become active global citizens.
By joining the team, you’ll contribute to building the foundation of CISV’s impact — making sure that our volunteers are confident and inspired to integrate peace education everywhere.
