Are you passionate about helping CISV Chapters grow stronger, healthier, and more sustainable? We’re looking for Chapter Development Trainers to join our Regional Training Team in EMEA!

What you’ll do:

• Deliver CISV’s Chapter Development Training Curriculum, covering areas such as volunteer recruitment and retention, roles and responsibilities, financial planning, Junior Branch, risk management, and strategic planning
• Mentor and support volunteers to strengthen their Chapters’ structures, visibility, and impact.
• Work with Regional Team to provide high-quality training aligned with CISV’s mission of educating and inspiring action for a more just and peaceful world.

What we’re looking for:

• CISV experience at Chapter, NA, or international level (min. 3 years volunteer experience preferred)
• Certified through CISV’s Train the Trainer (TTT) system or willing to co-train under guidance.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding, cultural sensitivity, and inclusive learning environments
