Finance Committee members provide strategic financial advice, support and oversight to the Governing Board of CISV International. They bring relevant financial and organisational expertise to help strengthen CISV’s financial health, sustainability and compliance.
Finance Committee members work closely with the Committee Chair, Governing Board, International Office and other Committees and working groups to review financial information, identify risks and opportunities, develop recommendations and support sound financial decision-making across CISV.
What you’ll do:
- Review and analyse financial information, budgets, forecasts and proposals, and contribute to the Committee’s discussions and recommendations.
- Support the development and review of financial strategies, policies, procedures and internal controls.
- Work collaboratively with the Governing Board, International Office, Regional Teams and other Committees on financial matters.
What we’re looking for:
- Relevant experience in finance, accounting, audit, financial planning, risk management or a related area.
- An ability to analyse financial information, identify key risks and opportunities, and provide constructive advice.
- A collaborative approach and an interest in using your financial expertise to support the long-term sustainability of CISV International.
