Are you passionate about helping others grow? We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to guide and mentor our Promotional Associations, supporting them as they strengthen their teams, build sustainability, and progress toward becoming Full Members of CISV International.

Your support can make a lasting impact in shaping inclusive and engaged CISV communities around the world. Ready to make a difference?

What you’ll do:

• Support and mentor the Promotional Association through regular communication and meetings.
• Develop a 3–5 year strategic and financial plan and track progress.
• Serve as the liaison with CISV International, sharing successes and addressing challenges.
• Collaborate with the regional team and contribute to its goals.

What we’re looking for:

• CISV experience at chapter and/or national level, ideally in chapter development areas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment and leadership to build trust and motivate volunteers.
• Creative problem-solving and a focus on organizational growth.
• Promoters for CISV Hong Kong China
