If you are a CISV adult volunteer, there is one rule about communicating with children online: keep it official, keep it transparent, and never one-to-one.
CISV`s Digital Safety Policy is clear:
-> Do not add or follow individual CISV children on personal social media.
-> No private 1-to-1 messages with children.
-> Group chats must always have at least two adults.
These boundaries protect children. They also protect you.
