Programmes and Operations Manager

 

I am really excited to have joined CISV as the Programmes and Operations Manager. I have always been passionate about the power of children and young people as a force for positive change, and previously worked for over ten years overseeing residential youth projects across the UK aimed at bringing people from different backgrounds together to create shared understanding. I started as a front-line youth worker and progressed through a number of roles up to leading the operational delivery and strategy for a number of regions across the UK. More recently I have worked in the humanitarian sector, supporting international projects to remove landmines from communities around the world, and supporting people from refugee communities. I was inspired by the passion of the volunteers leading CISV and am excited to join the CISV community at this exciting time to help contribute to the amazing impact CISV is having around the globe.
