Governing Board Elections 2020 

There are 8 candidates for the 2020 elections.
This year we have two rounds. Candidates that run for both term lengths, will only be considered for round 2 if they are not elected in round 1.

Next Steps 

10 June 

We will be making the candidates’ application forms and endorsements available on myCISVCandidates’ photos and videos will be uploaded on the CISV International website and YouTube channel. 

20 June 

Candidate Q&A videos will be uploaded on the CISV International YouTube channel. 

25 June 

The deadline for National Secretaries to ensure the National-Chapter Officials Directory is up-to-date and that the right persons are assigned to the National Representative and National Junior Representative (Senior) roles (and that they have their correct email address in myCISV).  Only those assigned by the deadline will be permitted to vote. 

15-30 July 

Online voting period: 

  • Round 1: 15-21st July – Round 1 voting for three Trustees each for a three-year term (by National Representatives + IJRs)   

  • Round 2: 24-30th July – Round 2 voting for one Trustee for a one-year term (by National Representatives + IJRs)

Please note that if you are elected you will need to attend the virtual Governing Board meeting on 10-13 September 2020.
